Refund and Returns Policy


Our return and refund policy has a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to situations where the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.

Returns received more than 30 days after the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

If your return is approved, the refund process will be initiated. The refund amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specified number of days. Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds, except in cases where the item was damaged during transportation.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund amount.
